Water, Powerade, nutritional support and pace leaders will be provided on the course so please encourage your running colleagues interested with the Stillwater races to join these fun runs.

We are anticipating at least 100 runners at these on-course runs. Please give serious thought to your preferred distance as well your preferred pace (Minutes Per Mile) so that we will be able to best accommodate all running abilities as efficiently as possible in the morning.
